Thatchers
Thatchers are family cider makers from Myrtle Farm in Somerset, who have been crafting crisp, best-selling ciders since 1904. Known for brewing fruit-led ciders that taste like sunshine-in-a-glass, their ciders are easy-going, refreshing, and ideal for festival days.
At the Dorset Beer Festival, you'll find Thatchers Haze (naturally cloudy, sweet and thirst‑quenching with a bright, fruity finish), alongside Thatchers Gold (a smooth, medium‑dry classic with a clean, refreshing apple character) and three Apple Fusion specials.
Cranborne Chase Cider
Our cider line-up is led by Cranborne Chase Cider, bringing crisp draught favourites, traditional still farmhouse pours, and a couple of seasonal curveballs (hello elderflower hedgerows and tangy rhubarb).
From clean, fruit-forward refreshment to oak-aged depth, there'll be a cider for every kind of festival sip.
Westons
Westons make cider the real way - in harmony with nature, using only 100% cider apples from local farmers and their own orchards, all grown within 50 miles of their cider mill. The result is Stowford Press: refreshingly real, locally pressed, and full of crisp apple character.
At the Dorset Beer Festival, you'll find Stowford Press on the bar - a medium dry sparkling cider bursting with the delicious flavour of real cider apples and a clean, refreshing finish.
Henry Westons
Henry Weston started crafting cider in 1880, using the bittersweet apples grown on his farm in Much Marcle, Herefordshire. Today, Henry Westons continues that tradition with ciders made from a single year's harvest across the three counties, then slowly matured in oak vats to create a smooth, rounded cider full of depth and character.
At the Dorset Beer Festival, you'll find their Vintage Cider - medium dry, mellow and rounded with the rich character of slowly matured cider apples, alongside their English Berry Cider, a deliciously refreshing berry cider with bright fruit notes and a fresh lift.
